[Resolved]  Pal Peugeot Ltd — company shares suspended

i have had sent 20000 shares to them for transfer in my name since then despite repeated requests they didn't bother to answer nor they send my shares i had sent so many complaints to authorties but in vain. they are running the other company succesfully it looks that they cheated the peuple of the contery with the help of our own premier auto limited they had sold the land to indiabul and the machinery also an official was appointed by the high court of bombay to whom ialso sent requet
i am of the view that all are one and they don't fear god which is great and i am sure almighty will definatly do somthing to give us justice

Pal Peugeot Ltd. — Full amount of shares

I am having 200 shares of Pal-Pageot Ltd. The trading of the shares of the company is suspended on BSE. Recently i read a news that Gammon India Limited has bid for the companies land at Dombivli at around Rs.601 crores.

Sir, can I get back the amount invested by me in the companies shares. Where should I contact.

Pal-peugeot Ltd — WHAT TO DO WITH ITS SHARES

Sir, I have purchased 300 shares of Pal-peugeot Ltd way back in 1994 at the time its initial issue. Now there is no any communication from company . whether it exists or not closed , no one informed me. It is also not being listed on NSE/BSE stocks. PL advice me what to do.Can you pl tell me its present address for correspondence or who are its office bearers.

I hold 800 shares of Pal Peugeot. Now the company is selling its land to builders for commercial exploitation. The share holders must be compensated. It is absolutely unreasonable to forget the share holders. We have waited patiently all these years. The Govt must intervene. Nataraj Ananth

I have hold 500 shares of Pal Peugeot since IPO 1996 and recently known that this company has sold all lands to Indiabulls without permission of share holders. It is open loot with shareholders.

Pal Peugeot IPO 1996 closure abruptly is a classic example of cheating share holders. SEBI & all so called responsible ministers, directors should take respnsibility of arraging the refunds. The directors should be prosecuted for fooling public.

I, V N KRISHNASWAMY, hold 20000 shares of PAL Peugeot Limited. Where has the Company disappeared? Its promoters are filthy rich people who we understand are enjoying all the luxuries of life without any action being taken by the Government to come to the rescue of the helpless investors, many of whom are senior citizens like me. We pay taxes to pay for the salaries of these so called government servants. Why are they sleeping? When will they wake up from their slumber and start performing their duties? Which Minister/Ministry is responsible for this? What is SEBI, who is supposed to protect the investors doing? Just enjoying their salaries and perks. Which other companies are these promoters involved in? Why are their assets not seized and why have they not been sent to jail? They appear to be shameless creatures but what about the Government which swears by "aam adami"?
I am sure some one in authority reads these columns. Let them come out and reply. Or, are their mouths shut for reasons best known to them?

this is the stupidity of our government that they are not taking any action against PAL AND PEUGEOT, they should take care of the investors and government should seal all the property of PAL directors and should take action against peugeot, and give the monye back to the investors, if they can't able to do so, they what is their use, they are just useless, SEBI and our government is sleeping and foreginers and our indian business man are making fools of indians, everybody who is holding shares of pal peugeot should take action against promoters of the company, as we are suffering due to their stupidity and foolishness, if they are not capable of making joint venture, they on what basis they are offering public issues, its all the fault of SEBI, nobody should allow PEUGEOT to enter India again, first they should give our money back, only then they should allow to enter India, otherwise throw PROMOTERS OF PAL AND PEUGEOT out of India, as they should not be allowed to live in India, as they are making fools of the people of the country where they are living, shame on them and shame on government and sebi,
