I am holding 1200 shares of PAL-PEUGEOT shares and my wife also having 1200 shares.
The allotment date is 15/04/1996.

Since then no communication from the company about AGMs, performance and dividends. The company also not quoting in the stock markets.

Kindly help us to get our hard money back. We paid a total of Rs. 24, 000 a big money during 1996.

Please help us to take action against the company to recover our money.

I have sent numerous written & blog communication to the organization but no action has been taken yet. As now Premnath & Sons Pvt Ltd. Delhi is closed. I just want to know how can I recover my money.

Non refund of booking amount of the car
I booked a car with Pal Peugeot Ltd by depositing Rs 25, 000.00. IN 1996. Control No. 96027/ receipt no. 68936 fom vivek automobiles ltd. Delhi The company has not refunded the booking amount. The Company send me Cancellation letter on 24 June 1997 in which refund is under process but after that no correspondence has been made by the Company. Kindly advise. What action should be taken.

There has been a resend deal struck where Pal Peugeot has sold their land for 603 crores, this is the right time for us to get our refund back. I booked the Pal Peugeot too and Rs25, 000/- has still not been refunded.

To all who are holding Pal Peugeot Shares... it is now not even worth Toilet Paper... because even toilet tissue paper is of some use but Pal Peugeot shares are of no use, the company sold off its land at a prime locality during the reality market boom at a huge premium and distributed the money among themselves & govt. leaving thousands of investors with junk shares. Now all of you who are holding these Costly Toilet Paper I have got an idea how to use it worthwhile. You should first take each of these physical shares and laminate it so that it does not get damaged for several centuries. Then you should go to some good photo frame shop and get it framed. Now you have the perfect example of how even a very reputed Indian business house (Premier Automobiles Ltd) and a similarly reputed foreign company (Peugeot) had fooled you and thousands of others out of your money. This you can teach your children and grand children and keep on reminding them by showing the framed share certificates so that they will not make the mistake you did while buying such a dud company.

i, Ashok Arora had booked a Pal Peugeot car 309 in 1995 and had submitted an amount of Rs. 25, 000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand Only) . Later on they cancelled my booking for the car and sought for the refund of the onesite which was never send it to me . I filed a case in consumer court and the case was in the favour of me but still till now no action has been taken . Therefore I filed a case in THE CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL FORUM - 1UNION TERRETORY, CHANDIGARH . complaint no. 1111/98 date of decision 15.1.99 and the case was in my favour the court decided that the money surplus interst would be given back to the booking customers but till now no strict rection has been taken I request the authorities to kindly take an action.

I am holding 700 Equity Share Certificates of this Company (PAL-PEUGEOT LTD.), since March 1996 @ Rs. 10.00 per Share at the Face Value. The said Company was promoted by "The Premier Automobiles Ltd."; and therefore all liabilities arising out of liquidation of the J/V Company lies with the Promoters.
Now I wanted to sell the shares as it is more than 20 years. But there is no forum where I can register my problem/complaint. According to the information available on Internet, the Company is under liquidation and its Equity Shares can not be traded on BSE & NSE. Kindly Do the needful as soon as possible.

Name KMCL Ltd In April 19 AGM

The restructuring process at the beleaguered PAL Peugeot Ltd (PPL) may be finally taking a
definitive shape with the company proposing a change of name to KMCL Ltd. This forms a part
of the special resolution that would be taken up at the companys annual general meeting (AGM)
on April 19.
Consequent to the termination of the joint venture agreement between Premier Automobiles
Ltd (PAL) and Peugeot and the subsequent withdrawal of the French partner from the JV, it is
obligatory on the part of the company to delete the word Peugeot as part of its name. The
name change is, however, subject to necessary regulatory approvals.
PAL, the principal shareholder in PPL, has proposed the names of Mr Vinod Doshi, Mr
Arvind Doshi and Mr Maitreya Doshi as directors of the company. The four directors
nominated by the Automobiles Peugeot, France had resigned from the board of directors of
the company on March 10, 1998. The French company did not nominate any directors on the
board of the company. Since the AGM of the company was not held in 1998, 1999, 2000 and
2001, all the directors of the company had vacated office by operation of law.
PPL will consider the financial statements only after the directors are appointed at the AGM.
The board of directors will subsequently consider and approve the financial statements. The
AGM is being convened pursuant to the directions of the Company Law Board (CLB),
western region bench. CLB has also appointed retired Justice SK Desai as chairman for the
AGM. PAL, in conjunction with ICICI, has been working on a restructuring package for
PPL. PAL has also entered into a technical collaboration with China Motor Corporation to
manufacture multi-utility vehicles and pick-up vans at the Kalyan facility.

Kinetic Motors gets nod to merge with Kinetic Engineering

Pune-based Kinetic Motors (KMCL) has received the Bombay High Court’s approval for merger of KMCL with Kinetic Engineering (KEL). The final order will be received within 15 days. The amalgamation intends to consolidate synergies including enhanced financial strength and flexibility leading to strengthening and alignment of various stakeholders’ interest, reduction of cost and value creation for the stake holders.
As a result of the merger, the stake of the promoters in Kinetic Engineering would stand at 53% from a current stake of 57%. The balance of shares will be held by public and financial institutions.

Kinetic Motor Company (KMCL) has received its board’s approval to merge with Kinetic Engineering (KEL). Moreover, an exchange ratio of 7.75 : 1 was approved for the equity shares of KMCL and KEL. The company manufactures transmission components, engine components, as well as gearbox and assemblies for auto and non-auto products. Kinetic Motor Company produces a complete two-wheeler portfolio, which ranges from mopeds, scooters and bikes. Manufacturing plants of the company are at Pithampur (for scooters), Ahmednagar (for scooterettes and mopeds) and Koregaon (for bikes).

I am also holding 300 shares but what to do so many times i have given consumer complaints in this website but no use. This consumer complaints is only name sake no action being taken and they will never take at all. This is only message with no reply.
