[Resolved]  Pan Card — NOT APPROVED DESPITE SUBMITTING PROPER DOCUMENTS

Dear Sir/Madam,
I,Ramesh C.Chaudhary,resident Citizen in India of State of Gujarat,Dist-Surat,Taluka-Mahuva at po.Dungari(village-Kukana Dungari)-pin code-394240.My mobile no. is [protected] had lost my PAN card and applied for renewal on date 30.12.2010.Application No.[protected] and Token No.[protected] with proper documents(copy of Election Voting Card,School Leaving Certificate,Passport sized Photo).

My PAN card is on hold and I am told that proper documents have not been provided.It cannot be true as My last PAN Card was issued against same documents on my registration as a PAN card holder.

Please provide me with my PAN card as I have given justified documents.My PAN card no. is AOYPC8283M.
