[Resolved] Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir, My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. My name is Ankit Dharamshi and I've applied for PAN Card and got my PAN number on 16th of Mar'08, but till date I've not received my PAN card. Sir, I applied for PAN Card on feb 2008 through my prev company.
I left that company. They given me my PAN CARD number. which is agopn0083g. But they said they have not received PAN CARD i dont know where is my PAN CARD. If possible send that card to my First Address(Company address), because i changed my second address. How can i know where is my PAN CARD and the way to get it. I had applied for Pan Card on NSDL website on 18 june, my ref.no.is [protected].I had couriered the documents on 19June 2008.

On NSDL website, the status is showing as in Process.

Pls.look into it & issue me the PAN Card at the earliest.
