Dear Sir,
My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is ADKPP3061D He applied for same through UTI Lucknow
His Processing fee coupon number is 019606893 .His CSF no is 702579425 dated august 2007 . His name is OM PRAKAH So far we have not received the PAN Card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received I gave them required document on December 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document I don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the PAN card. If I got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

in satus it shows that my pancard has been despatched on 27.01.2009 but till date i hav not received my pancard my coupon no is 031646822, can i know why it has been delayed for so many days, the other person who applied after 1 week has received his pancard

Sir/Madam,
I have applied a PAN CARD on 21/01/09 Application no.031217948 on which the person who was collecting Application Form told me that I will get the PAN CARD on within 15 to 20 days.
Hence related to cited I would like to know about the PAN Application Status and when I will get the same.

I'm prathana and i applied for my pan card coupon no 021341284, appllication no-831176726 on 05/10/07.
I have not recievd my pan card and when i checkd online it showd "Your application is under process at NSDL - TIN Facilitation Center".
I have also went personally to nehru place pan card office from where i had applied and was informed that now i have to re apply again.
Sir, I would request you to please look into this matter.
