[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

DEAR SIR/ MADAM

My self GADAKH PRAKASH SUKHADEO have applied for pan card, I received allotted pan Card no AFRPG3082J, I find error in my NAME & MIDDLE NAME printed on pan card.
The NAMDE printed on PAN card is PARAKAH instead of PRAKASH,
The MIDDLE NAMDE printed on PAN card is SUKADEO instead of SUKHADEO,
I request your high office take necessary steps and inform me what to do for correction procedure.

Sir, I had applied for a pancard.When I enquired about my application status Iam informed that the card had been despatched to me by post and the card number is BEKPS1874P but tilldate I have not received.

in satus it shows that my pancard has been despatched on 27.01.2009 but till date i hav not received my pancard my coupon no is[protected], can i know why it has been delayed for so many days, the other person who applied after 1 week has received his pancard

I have applied a PAN CARD on 21/01/09 Application no.[protected] on which the person who was collecting Application Form told me that I will get the PAN CARD on within 15 to 20 days.
Hence related to cited I would like to know about the PAN Application Status and when I will get the same.
