[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

i had applied for my pan card in the month of july'08. the pan card was once dispatched to my communication address on 05 aug'08 and was returned back on 09 aug'08 due to party not available. it was again dispatched on 19 aug'08 by post according to the pan card status. but i havent received my pan card till date. so kindly look after the matter as i need it urgently.

i have applied the pan card in the month of 04 September 2008, i have seen my pan card number in the site and they stated that they have dispatched my pan card through post, but i have not received my pan card.

I had Applied for Pan card around 5th September, I have got Acknowledgement Number also, and i.e [protected] and they said that they will courier it to me, but its already one month, i have not received it. So, what is the Problem, How can i get my PAN ?? How can i get the Status of it. Can you Please help me out.

My name is vikram singh and I've applied for PAN Card and got my PAN number on 05th of jul '07, but till date I've not recieved my PAN card. I 've made numerous calls to the PAN office, but their number always remains busy. My coupon no. is[protected]. I've sent numerous mails to their e-mail address, but all I've got is a poor service and recieved no response from them. If you could kindly look into this matter and help me in getting my PAN card, I'd be ever grateful to you.

on line appliction was send for PAN and Acknowledgment No.[protected] was recieved. the payment was made through the cheque and the amount has been debited from bank.

kindly send the PAN withiout further delay as required urgently.
