[Resolved]  Pan Card — Wrong Spelling in Name

My PAN Card No. is AAOPS2439R.My name has been mis-spelt on the card. Also my father's name is mis-spelt on the card.
Correct Spelling of my name : SUBHEND SEKHAR SAHU - Right
As written on PAN Card : SUHENDU SEKHAR SAHU - Wrong

Correct Spelling of my father's name : PRAFULLA KUMAR SAHU - Right
As written on PAN Card : PRAFULLA KUMAR SHU - Wrong
