Pan Card — not receive pancard

I am Saraswati Roy,applied for pan card on 17/08/09 at kolkata nsdl
office. It was delevered but I could not received.Sir I requested to
you please send it again at nsdl kolkata office urgently,I will take
it from kolkata office hand to hand.My acknowledgment no is

So, Sir kindly do the necessary job .I always grateful to you.
