Pan Card — not got yet

My sister MERIL MARY THOMAS has applied a PAN CARD.She got the pan card after two months,but there was two mistakes(date of birth & fathers name).First time i paid Rs134/-.Then i applied for a correction and paid the same amount.There was no response till now.The pan card which contains mistake is in my hand.I applied the pan card in KARVY STOCK BROKING in punalur, kollam(dist)-kerala.Now I'm thinking of applying again.
