[Resolved]  Pan Card — pan card twice return to nsdl

Myself Biji Jarapala would like to inform you that I have not collected
My pan card due to changes in address & the same has been two
times returned to nsdl on 22/12/09.
My pan card details are as below: -
Name on Card = Biji Jarapala
Father's Name = Rupesh Khetval
Acknowledgement No.: - [protected]
Mobile No.: -[protected]

Kindly resend my pan card on Chembur west post office ASAP.
To avoid the courier undelivered to u PLEASE inform me on my cell
After sending my pan card.
