Compalints dear sir, there are queries.. Which is making impatience.. As i ahve been filing it r regurlarly. With the same name, but getting a pan card is a bigger problem. Kindly look into the matter and issue me a pan card with only a birth date for which i have submiitted the same and a mail came in on 17th march. Saying v cannot process further, do mail me on this id. Thanks n regds

Feedback the proof school cert passport sent by you against the discrepancy is invalid. You are requested to send us valid full name/father name/date of birth proof to enable us process the application.

Even after submitting the proofs for the change in date of birth.. The department is saying the papers are invalid..

The matter is becoming to serious to obtain a pan card, though havinga pan no.. Since so many years. It is the silly mistake of the it dept for not sending me a pan card.

The annexure filled was only to correct my dobirth, .

1. What i have to do get the pan card..
2. I had encosed passport copy and school ceritficate.
3. Do i have to reapply.. With above proofs..
4. Or else i will not get my pan card.. To which i am facing lots of problem..
5. Or do i have to apply for a new one.. ( penalities will account) ?

Do reply on this or i have to go to consumer forum to get the pan card.

I would like to remind you that i hav a pan number and have been quoting the same in all my it returns regularly.. I do not understand the problem with the applciation given and the response or your new requirement..
I had enclosed my school certificate and passportt coppy wherein i only needed the date of birth to be changed.. And no change in the name.

If the case is gettig complicated i have to write to the it greviance and get the pan card .

It is getting irriatted and at the same time i am facing more problems in my day to day tarnscations in banking and other finanical issues,

Kindly let me know on the letter submitted am i getting the pan card ???

This complaint is in reference to the acknowledgement number - [protected].
The status for my pan card says invalid document, even though I gave the Aadhar Card as the proof as well as the photos.
I had applied through an agent in Mathikere, Bangalore.This is very much urgent for me to submit it at my office as I'm a newly joined employee.
Please look into the matter and solve the issue as soon as possible.

And has sent the hard-copy of the form along with the electricity bills as the proof of address (residential - where i lived as a tenant and therefore, i had given office address as address for correspondence) and other document for proof of identity and Date of Birth in 01st or 02nd February 2017.

On 28th Feb 2017, i got a e-mail from ¨tin¨ stating that i need to resend a clear copy of the Proof of residential address (i.e., the electricity bill). I had resent the photocopy of the electricity bills of latest month given to me by my landlord that time (i.e., electricity bills of January 2017) on 08th March 2017 by speed post (EO[protected]IN).

Then, i got e-mail dated 18 April 2017, that my documents have been received, and it is under processing.

Now, after almost two - three months(mid-April, May and mid-June 2017) of waiting (documents re-sent on 08th March 2017, and your e-mail dated 18th April 2017 stating that documents are under verification process); the status of my PAN-Card application (N-[protected]) is again showing that documents are not valid - even when i have send the required photostat copies of the electricity bill.

Sir/Madam, what is that thing which is making it ¨not-valid¨, please tell me so that, if there is some mistake, i will try to correct it.

Or if there is any problem, atleast a mail should help me to know what is the problem now.
