[Resolved]  Pan Card — PAN CARD QUERY

I applied CHANGE OF ADDRESS for MY HUSBAND's PAN through online with the payment mode of DD. successfully i completed the submission procedure and see the filled form in the mode of preview option. then i couldn't take my acknowledgement no and form to be sent along with photo and signature of the applicant.

how to get that the filied acknowledgement no and the filed form to send to the NSDL office.

KIndly give me the suggesstions and procedures to take that print out of my FILIED FORM

Sir I have received the pan card by my wife father's name not correct it is writen as Balvirsing sukhdevsing rana .I have requested to correct the father's name in the pan my wife father's name is Sh Balbir Singh Rana.How can i do?

I applied and got the PAN card in the year 2003. From there onwards i am submitting my TDS till 2009. But later very recent i was informed by the Income Tax office all the TDSs are in hold due to the PAN card had been wrongly issued under the category HUF and I suggested to apply a fresh card to get under INDV category.

Can you please let me know the process for re-submitting the TDSs which are in hold and how can i request to cancel the card which had been given under HUF category and also should i got ahead to apply a new card again to get it under INDV category.

Iam Pradeep Kumar Acknowledge No. [protected] and my (PAN) No.BKHPK2057F. I did not Receive the Pan Card there was a discrepancy in the address given. In the voter id it is printed as Door No. as 67 But in the family card it is 6/37 so that the pan card has been delivered to door no 67 and returned back.

It should be printed in pan card 6/37 Salavaiyalar colony, 1St street., Saidapet Chennai - 600015.

Please do the needfull as soon as Possible

This is Vaidhyanathan Krishnamurthy pan card no. AEEPV6004P I lost my PAN card and i reported the same to the Income tax office and applied for getting the card in UTIITSL parrys. I didn't get any response from any PAN card
