[Resolved]  Pan Card — Missing pan card

Dear Sir/Madam,
May PAN Card has been dispatched in the month of feb with the dispatch id : 33922842 by the Dart Courier from UTI Mumbai. But I have not recieved that till date. I had talked to the Ghaziabad office of Dart Courier but not got any satisfactory answer. I request you to please look into the matter and solve as i am facing problems because of the financial year closing. Kindly do the needful.
Note:- I have also attached the mail from UTI below for your reference.

I have not received the card till now, and i did enquired in the post office and they said it might have been sent back to you.

Kindly track it and do the needful.

Also, the Name i could see for this PAN No is GANGADHAR VENKATAGIRIACHAR ACHAR, but it should be as GANGADHAR VENKATAGIRIACHAR. So Please also let me know what could be done to change this name.
