[Resolved]  Pan Card — pan card delivery

After 14 days First Flight return my PAN card giving remarks insufficient address how it ridiculous in the same address I am receiving my Credit card / correspondence from government / non govt agencies in this many of those from First Flight Courier how First Flight says that insufficient address. I think they people intentionally not deliver my PAN card I don’t know what reason. I am giving my another Address (please not it is the few minutes walk from their Regd Corporate office) no body contact me on my cell / landline.

First flight is one of the Bad service provider as per my view. Requested from First Flight team please give me your CEO emil ID so I can explain the facts of your services.


My PAN card is yet to be dispatched the message showing in your First Flight internet site is “ADDRESS INSUFFICIENT”

But as per the address given in the application is as per below details and it a sufficient address to deliver the mails.

Even after eight months, I have not received my Pan card. First time I applied on November, Then they said to re-apply, Then I re-applied im January. Even after that I didnt recieve my Pan card, When checket in the office in the Month of March, Then they gave the details, But even after 8 months I have not recieved the Card, please kindly make note of it and send my pan card as early as possible.

I would like to bring in your notice in context to my PAN card undelivery from different service agency i.e. NSDL/UTI. It has been more than 4.5 years waiting for my PAN card from the provider. I have already lodged complaint to both the service Agency however there is no satisfactory response from either of them. It has been twice that they have taken the card processing charges and nothing has been delivered to me. I have asked them to delivered on my office address if they would have any challenge to post my PAN card on my existing address.

I am continiously get in communicated since 2005 and couldn't diggest that it took nearly half a decade to post a single PAN card, although i have PAN card number with me, as received thruogh e-mail. I know, it would not be as per the governmental complaince once any agency asked to show the PAN card. It is really shocking for me to believe on this fact that still i am in processing to get the PAN Card and also i am not quite equipped to pay the charges for no services being delivered.

If someone from the governing/individual body is referred this mail, i request them to take further legal action on this as now my mental state is not to communicate with these unorganised and unethical society. I have full faith on our governing body that my concern shall be taken very seriously and responsd very soon.

NSDL Pan Service is getting Bad Impression in Market only because of it's Courier Partner mainly this waste Courier First Flight Even they are Delivering in wrong Address and also sometimes they are putting the name of receiver by them self or what we don't know but customer is telling they have not get the Card.
