[Resolved]  Pan Card — LOST PAN CARD & REQUISITION FOR ISSUANCE OF DUPLICATE PAN CARD

Dear Sir,

I am AJEET ARUN BANERJEE, lost my PAN Card No. ALTPB8894R, on 10/02/2011. I am having a True Copy of the same. So, I would like to reuest you to block that card to avoid any missusee of that.Similarly I want to apply for duplicate or new PAN Card; Can u please tell me what is the procedure to get a duplicate pan card?

Will you please send me the details to my below mentioned e-mail id as early as possible?
