Dear Sir/Madam, I Richa Choudhary have applied for change/correction in My Pan Card No-AFRPA0139E and submitted all the required documents to NSDL Office, Sapphire Chamber, Baner , Pune . Today (22/09/2011) i called to your Baner office and came to know that my Pan Card had already been delivered on 3/09/2011 via Express IT courier and received by some Apporva on 5/09/2011 whom i don't know and have no connection with me. To bring in your kind notice that till date ( 22/09/2011) , i have not received mu PAN Card . I hereby beg to state that i have applied for PAN CARD as on date 16/04/09, with COUPON NO[protected], but haven't received any information till now.The status of the coupon no on the website displays no results. Kindly request you to do the needful, as it is urgently required for my office purpose.

I have not received the pan card. after enqiry with pan card authority, they given your receipt no. [protected]. pancard applied at ulhasnagar. kindly sent my pan card at below mention name & adress :- Smt. Pan card — Not receive the pan card
I have Given the application form as on 11 april 2009 the application No[protected] and coupon no[protected].when i visted to pan card office since 15 days they said to cordinate with the postal depart when i visted to postal dep the said they have not rec any pan card.In pan card dep they have given me awb no thais ET[protected]IN
i AM not satisfied with the bad kind of services, if my problem is not going to solve with in 2 days i am going to legal process and consuner court.chk and do asap.

When I contacted UTIISL people they were saying that the PAN Card is despached on 30/04/2008 by UCP. The consignment/UCP no is PO12972963. I checked here in the post office. They had not received it yet. Kindly do the needful because I am leaving from this place in next month. Hoping for a quick response.
My another complain is nobody is picking the phone in UTIISL office.
