[Resolved] PAN Card - NSDL — Rude behavior of NSDL TIN info team | |||
Hi, Today(15th Sept 2011) at around 3:30PM I've talked with a member of NSDL TIN Info team over phone[protected] regarding my PAN card status. He didn't provide me the correct info of Speed Post delivery number(after PAN card dispatch of 5 days). He asked me-"are you tamang?, where is Darjeeling, is it in India or Nepal?"..Without provide actual info which I need, he asked me such useless questions and he hanged up the phone in middle of conversation. Is this the manner of NSDL TIN info team? I really frustated with function of NSDL for PAN card delivery and their ILLITERATE Tin Info team member. NSDL first sent PAN card using unknown courier named EXPRESS LOGISTIC which has no office in Siliguri. Courier service didn't dispatch PAN card to my house at Siliguri and it was returned to Siliguri and now they sent it using Indian Post. Its being already 5 days and NSDL people have no Speed Post bill number updated in their database. This is how we,consumer,suffer in India. Its mine kind request to member of this website that please take necessary actions to NSDL TIN info team for their rude behavior. Was this information helpful? | |||
