Hello, I 'Renu Sinha' having a PRAN account in your company, but by mistaken my title replaced by 'SINGH' and my Father's title is repeated again in wrong form "NARANGAN NIRANAJAN". Whether it should be like as follows :

My Name : - Renu Sinha
Father name : - Late Alakh Niranjan

Keeping in view of the above facts, I am required to have your help.
