[Resolved] Panasonic — Audio cracked | |||
We have a new TV TH L 42D22D Serial No:[protected] and the sound is cracked.Panasonic engineers have come home three times and tried to fix it.The last time was pretty shocking - the engineer filled the entire TV with cardboard packing to prevent the TV from vibrating and his logic was that Panasonic TV sets have this inherent problem and this is the only solution - according to the engineer,this has already been done to over 150 TV sets!! So now my TV has garbage inside it and still cracked sounds. Hardly the way to build a brand - its always good to pay a bit more and go with a bigger brand like SONY or Samsung.Amal[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
