[Resolved] Panasonic — Mis-selling, Misbehavior & Unfurnished sale & warranty documents | |
I have brought last week from Varun Electronics Karnal. I am really sorry to say that the behavior that shop owner is showing after sale is really very shameful & intolerable. First of all the owner didn’t given me the proper bill & date on warranty card. Secondly he sold the product to me on higher price (nearly 13.5% more price than the actual price). When I called him up & asked him to give me a proper bill, warranty date & why he has charged the extra price the answer was “Mein tere baap ka naukar nai ho” & dropped the phone. Is this the recommended sales process Panasonic products are sold to the customers? Kindly Look into the matter & acknowledge me what is the next step that I should take to resolve my problem or I have to deal with this in a legalized manner! I was also planning to buy the whole range of electronic gadgets from Panasonic this Diwali but I had postponed this due lack of inability of Panasonic sales people as they are not aware of the ABC of Sales & after-sale services.
