[Resolved] Panasonic — Faulty Product and Very Poor Service | |||
I bought Panasonic plasma TV 42inch on 26th sep 2012 . After 3 Months TV got dead. I did my first complaint on - 17/01/2013, complaint number – 049008. Technician arrived at my home after 3 days. Did some Soldering. Again The same problem occurred within 9 days and I launched my second complaint 27/01/2013 complaint number – 077492. In spite of calling tens of times to the Dealer, Service Cente, Service Head Mumbai, also Mailed to [protected]@in.panasonic.com, My TV is Still Dead. ITs been 25 days now. Power Supply Board is faulty in My TV and they dont have it in spares. They say they have to import it from JAPAN. They Dont have Parts available. Panasonic is worst in service I had ever seen.
