[Resolved]  Pancard — PANCARD NOT RECEIVED.

DEAR SIR,
I HAD APPLIED FOR A PAN No THROUGH AXIS BANK IN THE MONTH OF DEC-08., THOUGH I RECEIVED MY PAN No (AXHPM 7698 C) TWO MONTH BACK BUT, I AM YET TO RECEIVE THE PAN CARD.
PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL.
