[Resolved]  Paramount Symphony — Reduction of 50% green area of Symphony project at Crossings Republik

I wish to lodge a complain against Paramount Builder, who is constructing a residential apartment project at Crossings Republik in the name of Symphony, Orchid, Panorama etc.

I wish to inform that Paramount has completely changed their layout plan of the project and have added three additional residential towers. This is effecting the green area provided by the builder, and reducing to the half than the earlier. In the green belt, builder had committed to provide various facities e.g. swimming pools, club, parks for children & senior citizens etc., which will be either reduced to half or will not be there, while the popullation to use these facilities will increase by 50%.

Paramount is a cheater and stealing the hard earned money of the investers. Mukesh Agarwal is the owner of this company, who is paying no attention to the various calls & communication made to him and his people.

There is already a dumping ground issue, which is in the court, and now it is another issue.

Paramount is coming up with a new project at Noida on the name of Floraville. They are again showing the same gimmicks to attract people, while wrong commitments.

I request all the prospective buyers to stay away from this builder & thier projects.

The other cheaters in this group are Ajnara, Gaur & Supertech, who never fulfill their commitments.

I am interested in the paramount emotions project as the prices were comparatively low and the layout was upto my taste with comparatively higher loading ratio. moreover the broker told me that the Greater noida authority has made a clause that the builders have to provide minimum 70% open space at the time of land allocations, however i still have the doubts regarding the previous projects of Paramount group and need a feedback. kindly help me in deciding and if there is better deal in noida extension then kindly guide

Like others I was also keen on investing in Paramount group's upcoming projects when i came across a shocking fact from one of my friends living in Japuria Greens. Paramount group was earlier partnering Japuria group in "Japuria Greens" where a roof came down recently causing heavy damage and loss of property to the people living there but this is not the sole issue of concern, the Paramount group which is now an independent group is working with the same engineering team which was earlier working for Jaipuria in Jaipuria Greens. Also the complaints made by my other friends here about change in floor plan and various other aspects related to engineering of the projects being made by Paramount group not only supports but proves ill planning and poor quality of work being produced by the engineering team in the Paramount group. God only knows where are the Paramount projects being headed to?? I hope the answer is not Japuria Greens ...

I am also one of the buyer in paramount symphony and I am fully satisfied by the services provided by the company. I think you have some confusion, there were seven towers in the project from the starting. As far as the green area is concern it has not been reduced rather it is the most beautifully planned landscape in the crossings. Even I came to know from one of my friend that an internationally famed landscape designer Mr. Sameer Mathur has been appointed for thedevelopment of green area. All the facilities which are mentioned in the brochurelike swimming pool, club etc. areincluded in the planning in a very organised way. One good news is that there is no dumping ground coming near crossings, it was only a rumour.

I saw your mail and got astonished to read that paramount have done few small projects earlier, infact my friend credit to give possession of first integrated township in U.P. of approx. 100 acres area goes to paramount group only. I am resident of that township and can say fully confidently that my township is one of the beautiful township, having wide roads, ample greenery and a beautiful club. So please don’t be misguided by others as” little knowledge is the dangerous thing” .I trust this company 100%.
Hello Dizzy, read your mail I wonder you have not seen the layout properly.Paramount floraville was initially in 30000 sq mt. when I booked there were 12 towers in it & 20000 sq mt. was to be developed in 2nd phase.Later the Company added the 20000 sq mt. to 30000 sq mt. and they took 50000 sq. mt. project as all together and added 4 more towers in it which I believe it was the best decision and by doing so we got a wider central green area which is beautiful y designed and makes a wonderful layout plan.

Paramount group I feel is known for its quality and services. I myself have booked flat in symphony. I have seen the quality & services. I myself is supplier of sanitary material I have visited the actual flat and seen the quality they have used is up to the mark they have not used any local brand or Chinese brand and providing good quality material I also asked for the channel shutters in lifts but that is for labour not for us. What I personally feel there is some misconception.

I am went to Paramount Office and through their marketing staff we got to know about the consultants they have hired for landscaping of their project I saw the planning of the club they are making it is so beautiful designed that I made my final decision in booking my flat in Paramount symphony. I am very happy to have my dream home with group and suggest you all for this property.
I am planning to fight a court case against paramount for cheating. They put honey trap with good brochures / follow-up / websites / corporate offers and then show their real face once u book the flat. We are from GAIL and have booked 50 flats in Paramount Crossing republik but as already explained grossly cheated. They deserve a lesson through legal recourse and all people should join hands. Unfortunately, like CWG scam, 2G scam etc. we seem to forget the things very fast, with latest lollypop of Mr. Mukesh Agarwal that they are creating good club and play area, members are very happy that atleast they are getting something good. Be that as it may, DONT LEAVE THE CHEATER PARAMOUNT, we can do any thing if we get united.

I also have booked a flat in Paramount Symphony, and also exploring their recent launch -- Paramount Emotions.

One thing is for sure that there room sizes are really good. I have compared rooom sizes of Emotions agaisnt Amrapali, Ajnara, Nirala, Supertech, Patel, .. and found that they have the best use of the space. In their flouraville project, size of study is 9*8. Generally the study room is 8*6. I think, rather i feel their loading percentage is low compared to others.

For changing of Layout and building additional floor-- i think this is common with all the builders. Crossings has build villas which was never in the plan, Amrapali has taken the booking in Smart City, later on it was found as a disputed property, and the booking was cancelled, all the booking were moved to other projects of Amrapali.

All builders are like that, you have to choose the one which is less of a devil
Simple. But you can choose paramount, just because of their room sizes and rates.

i also own a flat in symphony and i am satisfied with the overall results. Not sure about the future but whatever is visible looks good.

BTW any one has any idea regarding the posession and in case of delay when we will start getting the penalty?
Dear GAIL friend - I'm with you, if you want to file a legal case on Paramount, since, I'm also a heart broken with this cheater builder. The promise they made and the quality of work they are doing, which is now becoming more clear as the construction is coming to the final stage. I have personally visited my own flat and devastated to find the kind of work they have been doing and what they had shown in their Sample Flat, which have been demolished now to erase the actual proof of substance. MAPS people have no. of meetings with Mukesh Agarwal and he seems to be making all fake promises to them, to buy time & keep the people in dark, by the time they will find the actual truth and he would have escaped with our money.

All the above people, who have been keeping the good words for Paramount should open your eyes and answer my following question :

1. Why I was shown 7 towers initially on Paramount's printed Catalogue and now 9 towers have been constructed? For the information to all the FOOLS, six flats per floor per tower is not equal to 12 flats per floor per tower, as explained by Mr. Sharma. This simply means 2 towers under one name i.e. Orchid & Mapple.

2. Who will pay for the mess of additional 2 tower's residents?

3. The green area, which is shown on Paramount's Catalogue is now half than that in actual and gone forever. One can go and see himself at the site. What additional facilities Mukesh Agarwal is promising? He already made crores of money with making additional 3 towers. Is he going compensate the whole money he made by cheating, by reinvesting in creating the facilities in Symphony? With Symphony he made Floraville, with Floraville, he made Emotions, what next god knows...

4. All visible material used is of sub-standard quality in my flat. You ask & I'll elaborate - Floor Tiles, Bathroom Wall Tiles (yuck quality & color combination), Wooden flooring ( cheapest option used), Electrical Fittings (anyone heard the name of Prokon), Kitchen Tiles (worst color combination), Balcony Rails (I'm sure it will get desolved automatically in rains), Alumium Door/Window/Frames (if its quality, better go to your kabadiwala & ask, he may give you better options from his scrap), Door Handles (already rusted). My personal feeling is Mukesh Agarwal must have used better material in his servant quaters, than what he has shown to us, and what he has actually used.

5. Its been more than 3 years now, they confirmed to give possession and now their Site office Sales guys tells us that possession not possible before Aug.' 2011.

Can you bloody reinvestors answer my queries, who are claiming to buy Paramount flats on regular basis? Are you buying Flats or Fishes from the market, who are keeping so high regard for Paramount?

I feel the kind of back stabbing Paramount has done to its buyer, is going to eat this company on its own. After Symphony, Floville & Emotions is going to the last of the projects which may see the day of light of the completion. I'm just waiting to get the possession of my flat and I ensure you all that I'l surely sue this cheat builder. And I request all the prospective buyers to please stay away from this fraud company.

Paramount is interested to invest only in giving lavish advertisement, putting big signboards and keeping pretty sales girls to attract poor investor. After this whatever they promise is FAKE only.

Thank you so much folks for giving your valuable feedbacks. I am planning to buy a flat in Paramount flooraville but after going through all the feedbacks I have changed my decision. I would say Lotus 3c's is very reputed builder with firm commitment and good quailty of work. Once again I am very greatful to all who have posted their comments here..
Paramount would had earned a better name amongst mid segment builders like 3Cs, Mahagun, Amrapali etc., considering the kind of hype they had created with their Symphony & Floraville project. But after reading all the above inputs, I can say that they have really tarnished their good image, in the greed of making few quick bucks. In any case, if they still live up to their customer's expectations, the image can be revived, since they are still to complete all of their projects.

Their new villa's project Golfforeste at G. Noida is the most cheapest units available as of now, anywhere in NCR. Amrapali is selling the same for almost 100% premier at Noida Extn., where I'm sure a big chunk of customer's hard earned money is getting in the pocket of our beloved MS Dhoni, who is their brand ambassador.

I have invested in Floraville project last year, but now a bit scared to read all this stuff.

I wish, if the management of Paramount get to see this forum to assess their real face value.

Paramount group has been delaying the symphony and other projects since long time now . People should check the ongoing projects of the builder and the problem being faced by the owners there .
i too boked a flat in Flraville but due to some constraints have now opted for a refund. they have assured that I will get all my money back within two months . my expereince with thr customer service has realy been bad. but i understand that all builders are like this and the idea is to make max money out of each and every single project . they change the layout add more towers etc etc. the agreement is so one sided that you can't do anything . Govt. should introduce a ' Real estate regulatory body' in the line of IRDA and SEBI .

It is true that Paramount did a blunder by adopting the same tricks of the trade & thumped down by its investors. But, now it is trying to compensate by providing better fittings in the flats and upgrading the common area by hiring some Singapore based architect.

At last, if things come out in a better shape, it would be a win win situation for both.

Hence ... just wait & watch.
