I purchased 3 nos. of Cascade Health Faucets ( Hand Showers ) for my toilets from M/s Parrydeals Kanpur(9336117421)

.I purchased 3 nos. of Cascade Health Faucets ( Hand Showers ) for toilets from M/s Parrydeals Kanpur (9336117421) around Feb/ March12 and got installed in my newly construcetd flat.It was not put to any use. Just on the day of innaugaration ( 22nd April 12 ) plastic plunger of 2 out of 3 cascades got damaged during use ( where small metallic pin of about 1.5 mm dia. is hinged) . Complaint was lodged with M/s Parrydeals and the rep. of M/s Parryware visited on around 25th April.and made a report. Thereafter no response is received from Parryware for replacement or repair of the said damaged items. Damage of items in on actual use of hardly 2 days is beyond acceptable limits. It is requested that .items may please be replaced so that the toilets become fully functional...
