[Resolved]  Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited — Non installation of Check meter/Excessive meter reading and bill amount/Faulty meter

I had complained about excessive meter reading and bills and that apart, to assess the real consumption/usage I had requested for installation of check meter. Despite my repeated requests, day to day follow up and 5-6 letters, nothing has been done. In the last four months I have been made to pay a whopping 45000/- rupees, while my average consumption is not more than 1000/1200/-. All my efforts in the direction have fell through and all requests have fell on deaf ears. I am a service class person and each passing day is painfull for me . This is a flagrant example of apathy shown by the officials of company and inhuman attitude meted out to the consumers who are religiously paying their bills. My connection no. is 1006/179086 (Vivek Tyagi).It is requested that the check meter(I had deposited the requisite fee) may kindly be installed at once and excess amount may be returned to me at the earliest. It is also requested that further bill may not be issued till the adjustment of amount.

I had requested for installation of new meter because the already installed meter not working day one from the installation. So I had complained about meter change due to this bill not been generated. Despite my repeated requests, day to day follow up, nothing has been done from the last four months. All my efforts in the direction have fallen through and all requests have fallen on deaf ears. I am a service class person and each passing day is painfull for me. This is a flagrant example of apathy shown by the officials of company and inhuman attitude meted out to the consumers. My connection no. is 404239 Book No. 60709 (Kamal Lohani).It is requested that the check meter may kindly be installed at once and genetate consumed bill amount at the earliest. It is also requested that further bill may not be issued till the adjustment of amount.

and using unlimited power, since some years.We have given a writtenable complaint to j e.But no any

I was not getting electric supply at my home from[protected]approx. 11:45 pm). Therefore i went to Power house at Anand Industrial Estate, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, firstly the responsible person who was present there was not giving any positive response to write my complaint in complaint register. After requesting again and again he give me complaint register then i noted my complaint in the complaint register. After some time he send two persons with me for continue my home's electric supply.
After making supply continue from the pole, we check our home supply but that was not continue. He said that there is a problem by meter supply and break the seal of meter and check something (i don't know what he check) and said to me that there is not any problem. Then i asked him about broken seal he said that is not any big problem but i think this is not legel.

Respected sir, what can i do in this condition. Kindly suggest me as soon as possible.

sir/madam electric deptt always blame the people that they dont cooperate the department, but after full cooperation common people find lot of trouble- i am the live example of it- before one year electric deptt started a movement to increase the load of meters that time i deposited the amount rs 8400 Receipt no-21 dt 19.06.09 to increase the load of meter from 3kva to 5kva on the name of prabha sachan consumer no-GZ/2, book no-5006, connection no-212514. and that time my billing was showing I.D.F but sub station clerk told me that this bill be correct after installing new meter from that day i am following up regularly but till today i havent got any result so please consider my problem accordingly i will be very greatfull to you Thanks

It is brought to yourkind notice that Shri Kapil, Jr. Enginner (Electrical), Loni Sub Division is harassing the public and residents of DLF Ankur Vihar, Loni (Gzb) and conducting checkings alolngwith anti social elements like Neeraj, Vipin, Chander etc. They are demanding money from the public for electric connections and unauthorisedly disconnecting the wire and meter from the premises where electric meters are installed and bills paid.

Earlier also Neeraj and Vipin have been harassing the public and demanding money from the residents. On 3.5.2010, Shri Kapil, JE (Elect) alongwith Neeraj, Vipin, Chander etc. came to DLF Ankur Vihar in the evening and disconnected the wires and electric metres of many residents. They also sabotaged the entire electrical system resulting in break down of more than 36 hours and still electricity is not being restored.

A complalint to this effect have been made in P.S. Loni against Shri Kapil, JE and others at 10.00 PM on 3.5.2010 itself. Authorities are requested to look into the matter urgently and take departmental action against Shri Kapil, JE and criminal action against Neeraj, Vipin, Chander etc. who act in collusion with Shri Kapil, JE
I fully agree with the comments made against Shri Kapil, JE (Elect), Loni, Gzb. He has created a Bijli mafia in DLF ankur Vihar and harassing public and minting money. Shri Kapil has been recently posted as JE in Loni. On 3.5.2010, he alongwith other goondas Vipin, Neeraj, Chander and Surender came to DLF Ankur Vihar and started to abuse the residents and ladies of the colony.

They have made a mockery of the system and not installing electric meters even after payments have been made by the residents and threatening the residents of dire consequences and lodging FIR against them.

Strict penalty action should be taken against the offenders.

I am facing more problem because my electricity meter is not working properly from last 15 days because of which I can not submitting electricity bill of last month . Book no is 2204 and connection no. is 233195. so Please once again I Request you please change my electricity meter so that I can submit own electricity bill . kindly look into it on priority .
