[Resolved]  Passport — Non receipt of Passport

I HAVE APPLIED FOR PASSPORT ON[protected] TO E.SEVA VIDE MY FILE NO HYDL00788810 IN THE NAME OF PRAKASH CHOPRA . POLICE ENQUIRY DONE ON[protected]. WHILE ENQUIRING OVER ONLINE GETTING ONE REPLY THAT POLICE VERFIACTION PENDING.

I have submitted my passport apli aplication on 21st Jan'11 in tatakal and it was supposed to delivered in 1 week. But its been more than 15 days that i have not received my passport and i have fly to srilanka on 11th Feb (after 2 days). My file no:HYDA00507611.
I request you to take immediate action and help me in this situation.

My name is Priyatama samal NO:THNO987946_File no: D 019727, i have applied for passport on 10th October, 2010 & police verification has been completed on 17th January, after 3 months of application. And even after, more than 3 weeks have been spent after police verification no status is available on the passport status portal.

Inspite of asking the status from mail request, no response have been received from the authorised personals (passport officers)

Where passport application system claims that its has 45 days of processing period, even after 4 months of application, no status is been available, can you please let us know why there is a flaw in this system.
where we claim to be an developed nation in the coming decade, we still are fighting for basic things.

RPO BPL — Non despatch of Passport

Sir,

I have applied for passport on line during Jan.2010. As directed, Application form and certificates deposited in RPO's office at Bhopal on 25.3.2010 vide File No. E000623. For the last three months the status of application is "Regret for delay in despatching the Passport which will be despatched in a week's time". Anybody can check my statement by typing the file No. and the year 2010. Online system is introduced to expepdite the issue. Passport office takes several months just for despatch shows their apathy. I have sent several e-mail to rpo-BPL but to no avail.
Request External affairs Minister and other concerned to look into it.

passport — Non receipt of Passport

I have submitted my application for renewal of passort in Oct 2010. Police report has been cleared .

After so many mail to passport office I have not received my passport till now.

Case: HYD-F[protected]

What is the reason for delay.

I have submitted my application for renewal of passport on 11th October 2010. Police verification is done in the same month. police report also sent to passport office. But till now I have not received my passport. In fact the file nos after my number passport has benn issued already.

I have sent 9 reminder ot email provided by Passport website and even APO of central gov has sent 3 times reminder to APO hyderabad. But no action.

Please tell me the other way of making complaint.

Though it claims for promptness of services, it is regret to mentioned that I have not received the passport in stipulated time claimed by the department. I had applied for Passports for myself and 3 family members on 09 & 10 Feb 2011 respectively the details of which are as under: (1) LKOS0001511, (2) LKOA02858111 (3) LKOA[protected] LKOA02912111. The status enquiry reports say police verification report has not been received by you. The police official visited for verification in the second week of March 2011

I applied at the Delhi passport office for passport 1 month back. I had police verification at my house 15 days back.
The status on the website today reads:
"Your Police Report is In-complete. Please submit 3 sets of personal perticulars form alongwith request application quoting your file no to concern Public Relation Officer."

I did have Police verification 15days back, so I would like to understand how it remained incomplete. Also, I am unaware of who the concerned Public Relation Officer is whom I should contact and where to submit these documents...????

I need the passport soon for foreign travel. I will be very thankful if you you help with this.

I had applied for a new passport on 18/02/2011 in LUCKNOW(File Reference Number : LKO-A[protected].The police enquiry for the same was concluded within 1-2 months.Till date I hae not received the passport. I am regular checking the website and the status reflected on site is "Police Report has not been received".
Its more than 4 Month has passed from the date i applied for the passport. I have sent several e-mails to Chief Passport Officer and PRO (Public Greivances) but no reply is received.

Hence I request you to kindly look in to this matter and send my passport sooner.

I had applied for passport on 11-Jan-2011 and did not receive it yet. The police verification was done in March and when I checked the status of my application it says "that the passport will be dispatched in a week's time". The same status is been displayed since a month. Its been 7 months and I haven't received the passport yet.
When will the passport be dispatched?

My passport No J7493398 was despatched to me by Regional Passport Office Delhi on 12 Jul 2011 vide postal registration No 192031on my address WZ-155 Naraina Gaon, New Delhi-110028. The same has not been recd by me till date and on enquiry from post office, no clue has been given by the officals saying that they do not have the records of registration number.

May I requestyou pl instruct the postal officials to expedite the delivery of my passport which is urgently requirred by me.

non receipt of passport — delay in passport

i had applied for fresh passport on 08.07.2011 under normal category and till date the status is "post police verification report required.file under process" but the police verification was also completed duing 2nd week of August 2011.When enquired the lady in the second floor behaved so very arrogantly and she was so rude and treated us as if we were her servants.I could not find out anything about my passport and i do not know whether i will get it or not.That lady has to be sued for her irrational behaviour.application no MASA02530811.

Dear Sir,
I have applied for passport on 11.01.2011 vide file no GUW-A00110211 online at Guwahati Regional Passport Office.But surprisingly till date neither I have received the same nor any intimation of the status of the same.It is a matter of deep regret that almost one year have passed I am yet to receive the passport till date.
In this regard I would also like to mention that the passport of my wife was already issued & dispatched by the department on 05.12.2011vide postal regn no[protected] which was received at our end on 09.12.2011 although it was applied on 24.01.2011 vide application no-GUW-A00254111 whereas my application dated 11.01.2011 is still showing "Police report not received" which is really surprising.
Kindly look into the matter & arrange to issue the Passport at the earliest & oblige.

I have applied for a passport with the office of RPO, Bhikai Cama Place, New Delhi in the month of July 2011 and the police verification was done in the month of August 2011. Since then the status in the website is showing as “Police verification clear and Application under process”.



I do not understand the reason for such inordinate delay on the part of RPO Delhi. I have sent several reminders, but so far no reply.



I wish to state that I require to attend an overseas conference in the beginning of January 2012, hence require passport urgently for visa process etc.



Passport office cannot hold the passport without any valid reason.
