[Resolved]  Passport Application form — appointment date is not getting generated

i have applied passport through online...
web fille numbers are being generated but the appointment date is not generated and the form which i have filled is not available again...
as soon as we press save option after filling the form details..the link is reconnected to its home page only....

i contacted the passport office also dey said its not there mistake..

how can i get the form reprinted and get an appointment date as i need the passport very urgently..
