sir my passport damage so i want create new passport but i have no passport copy &no passport no

Passport — delay of issuing passport

sir, i applied for passport on 14th October 2008 my police inquiry also over one and half month back but still the status showing police report not received like this . almost 3 months over please solve my prolem

my name is ashish agrawal. i have applied for passport in lalitpur for lucknow passport office along with my sister sakshi agrawal on 13-02-08
i have recieved my passport but i have not recieved my sister's passport. status is showing that "POLICE REPORT HAS NOT BEEN RECIEVED". police enquires was completed. please solve my problem asap.

i filled a concern form of a insurance com. but here i mistake last name. Insurance com wanted clarification about this name in a letter. pls send me help

As Per Status of Application, I fill my correction Form but at this site it's not update.
I am a student and I have no time due to class inflexible time structure.
Please clear if any other correction need.

I have my grand mom passport complain u r vide postel registered no in s16813 it is dispeatched by the passport office as on 22-01-09 but it is not received till now it is very poor services that what u r providing

passport — passport file recieving

i had applied for passport from allahabad.it was sent to passport office of lucknow and recieving is shown in allahabad dm office of 27-11-08 daak no 882(of saurabh kumar).we six friends had applied.we have recieving no of one now.but the site even after 2 months says that the report has not been submitted yet.for 4 o[censored]s.while the other 2 are about to get the passport.
my passport file no is lko z061274 in 2008.and that of saurabh kumar is lko z061280.same is the case with my frnds.plz help

Whenever I am trying for information reg the status to the Number 2513894, IVRS I am getting the message that the passport will be despatched in a week. This mesage I am getting for the last two weeks. Kindly arrange to do the needful and oblige.

Grievance :Dear Sir, The police verification for over in Coimbatore last November. But still we have not received the passport. Could you please look into this. Its been around 10 months since we have applied. But still no response.

I had applied for passport through Speed Post in the month of August 2008 ( No. SPOST/MUZ/W37/2779/08 DT. 29.08.2008 of mine and no SPOST/MUZ/W37/2778/08 DT. 29.08.2008 of my wife Mrs Sudha Sinha ). Even Police verification had been completed in the said month.

But we are very sorry to inform you that till date none of our passport has been delived to us even after the lapse of almost -5- months.

I therefore, request you to look into the matter personally and get the issue resolved without further delay of time.
