Sir my name is Vikash jumar from daltonganj i m applying for my passport in 08/08/2008 and my applying number isA 01975, but right know i m not received my passport but CID enquiry also completed but i dont know why not my passport not completed.Please take proper action about my self. Dear Sir,
. I have provided all details regarding enquiry & verification. Although my
police verification was already completed in december, 08.Even i have tried phone[protected], 2711151) of Mr. SK Verma, Passport Officer(Jaipur) but no
one is picking the phone. I desperetly want to know about my passport as
i have to take admission & any delay will spoil my career. Nothing is
shown on website enquiry & there is no response from your side. It is
very irritating for me that i have not recieved my passport. & every
formallity have been completed in 4 November. At least reply or call why
my passport is delayeed. If there is any problem plz mail me or call me
on my number. Plz take this as most urgent.
And i also obtained my all File/Reference numbers from Police Station and
Collectory like
1. My Local Police Inquiry Number: 959
and Date: 12/11/2008
2. Collectory passport Office number: 6462 and
Date: 12/11/2008
3. At House Inquiry number: 12693
Date: 21/11/2008
4. At Jaipur Reference number obtained frm Udaipur: 6676 and
Date: 10/12/2008

While being in Border Roads Organisation I applied for Indian Passport at RPO Srinagar after acquiring no objection certificate from BRO file ref No.A000241 dt 12 Jan 2007.Even since I enqire the status of the application it is intimated that police report has not received.I also intimated them my local adress because my army postal address may difficult them to locate nearest police station for verification but no action has been taken early police report.Hence I humbly request that necessary action ay please taken for early police report and further issue passport.

This is to bring your notice that i have given you several COMPLAINTS in soft copies and in hard copies for my application file no.A018677 dated on 31.05.07 but with regret i still not recieved any reply .
you are saying report has not come they are saying they have sent reports now kindly let me know this is whose accountability to look for hidden or misplace file at the same time you are informed all police and liu inquiry has been done at that time only.
Whenever i tried to contact Bareilly regional office but there is same story all the time that documents of inquiry yet not recived .This is realy disturbing my careeer apply in Mnc in other Nation because As you are aware that i ve sumitted written complaints several times but nothing was done. only told me that papers did not come from Azamgarh after ppf form filled.At the same time Azamgarh unit told they have sent papers to passport offiice. please let me know what to do to get my passport. and what action you are taking in this regard.

Respected Sir / Madami have submitted my passport on[protected] in Hyderabad begum pet post office but till now i not yet received police inquiry and i have attend for Ada lat and I had also submitted a letter with P PF form twice, but till now i not yet received police inquiry.
