[Resolved]  Passport Delay — passport not received

EARLIER PASSPORT NUMBER ISSUED BY REGIONAL PASSPORT OFFICE CHANDIGARH: F 7883337 ISSUED ON[protected], FINAL EXPIRY DATE[protected].

DEAR SIR,

With due respect, i would like to inform you that, i have applied for the passport Additional booklet on the basis of VALID VISAS with your good selves on[protected] . Your good selves had committed dispatch date[protected] of the additional Booklet. Accordingly, As per information available on the web site: >http/:passport.chdnic.in<, passport was dispatched under postal registration number “S000646 DATED[protected].

IN ADDITION, during the personal enquiry on[protected], Enquiry window personal had confirmed the same dispatch details and advised me to contact concerned post office for the delivery.


But till[protected], my passport is not delivered to me . I have contacted Speed post Office in LUDHIANA and quoted them the Number of POSTAL DISPATCH NUMBER "S000646 DATED[protected]. But they have advised me to provide 10 DIGITS EMS NUMBER. So that they can locate the status of the receipt of the passport .

Since i am working as Manager International Marketing in EASTMAN INDUSTRIES LIMITED- LUDHIANA and travel to overseas markets for Export promotion purposes, So I need passport Booklet urgently to get VISAS and travel abroad at the earliest possible for an urgent meeting with customers.


SO, PLEASE BE KIND ENOUGH TO PROVIDE ME 10 DIGITS DISPATCH NUMBER OF EMS AT MY E MAIL ADDRESS: [protected]@eastmanglobal.com or [protected]@yahoo.com

i have apllied for a passport on 26/2/2009. the police verification has also been done. My file reference number is :RCH A005373. The website still shows 'police verification not received yet'. can you please inform me where to request because the numbers given on the website have no response.

Ministry of Exports (Passport) — Passport not received

I (Susmita Seal) have applied for Password more than 1 yr back, but yet to receive any update for that. Please find application details below:-

But yet to receive the passport. When I last saw the Status in Password official site it was showing "STATUS : Police Report has not been received". Now even in the site no status is reflecting. As per APO(PG) suggestion, I have send a Written Signed request for the same & Fax to[protected] Number. APO (PG) send the same to RPO (Kolkata) again (Ref vide PRO/PG/1590/10).
But still now I have not received any update on this, not sure where it got stuck. Please help....

U get the status, respetively from passport office, local police, commisioner, then follow up the issue.
