Passport Delay — Delay in passport delivery past 2 months

My name is Vijay Kumar applied for the passport renewal on dated 26/04/2011 file number:- HYD-F[protected]. I got this process start 4 months back, till know I did not receive the passport in my hand. My organization is asking the passport immediately for official work for which I am unable to give to them. The status of the application in the passport internet portal says the same reason for past one month.
”It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time”
Please help in getting the passport
