Dear Sir
I beg my state that I Arvind kr. Tiwari residing at 51, chinta moni dey road howrah 711101, had applied for one passport on 27/07/2011, having file reference no .CAL-A[protected].Applicant name : Arvind Kr. Tiwari and Date of birth : 22/11/1984. All the necessary step had been completed and in the month of february it was showing that my passport will be despatched on 19th of feb 2012, but ever since that given date i have never got the passport in my hand, several times i have mailed to the passport office but they just revert the mail by saying that necessary action will be taken and from the last 2(two) month its showing that :It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time.Sir please help me out from this situation as i have to go outside for my mother's operation ,its already been delay for quite 9( month).

Sir,
I have applied for the passport vide file ref. no. R 003960 on 27/8/2007. On the date of application, my age was below 18 years, hence I was asked to submit an affidavit from the parents. The compliance was done, and in the mean time, I have completed 18 years also.
The next objection was that I am residing at my present address (4/61, Green City, E-8 Arera Colony, Bhopal) since July '07, i.e. less than one year.
as advised by the Passport Officer himself in the passport court held on 24/12/07, I have again submitted Personal Particulart Forms on 27/12/07 giving my previous address of Ashoka Garden, Bhopal and all the desired information.
However, till date I have not heard anything, nor the police enquiry at my previous address has been conducyted. The sttus of the passport in your website is still showing that the PP form is required to be submitted.
Sir, it is already five months old case now. Kindly pass on necessary instructions to expedite the issue of the passport.

I have submitted my passport form on 6th march and in passport status, it is showing for the past 3 weeks that due to some circumstances the passport will be dispatched after one week. Respected sir,

With due respect i wish to say that i applied for my passport on 22nd
may 2012 that is more than five months but still i didn't get my
passport. I early approach to passport office shimla on the month of
august and they said that with in a week it will reach but the said
didn't not happen till date due to that i lost my job .I also
check for online status and helpline number but there is also no
response.
So i kindly request you to look into this matter and give me right solution
