Adverse PVR SCN Possible Refusal notification has been dispatched on 06/02/2013 sir i did varify and give all require document to police during police police verification but now i recieved Adverse PVR SCN Possible Refusal notification has been dispatched on 06/02/2013 on my profile . please explain what is this type of problem exactly and how can i fullfill all the requirement so that i recieve my passport on time. I am getting the same status. They gave one month time to explain the reason of not being resided at the given address and asked me to submit the supported document. Now I have sent the supported documents to regional passport office and it's been 15 days. But still, I'm getting the same status. Anyone please suggest me what to do next?

sir i did verify and give all require document to police during police police verification but now i recieved Adverse PVR SCN Possible Refusal notification has been dispatched on 01/04/2014 on my profile . please explain what is this type of problem exactly and how can i fullfill all the requirement so that i recieve my passport on time.I need my passport until dis month.
When I applied online they asked for me 4 documents . That was provided but I went to passport office they asked 2 more documents . That too was provided to them . When it came to police verification they asked for n number of documents . Al tough instruction provided in form was you need to carry two set of Xerox copies of document which you have submitted online . Why then we are asked for 1000 of documents. Without bribe the Police don't carry verification process . Really very disappointed by the process :(
