Passport Office Bhopal — Wrong Details Entered against my daughter’s File Reference No. Z286695 and no one is giving reply for it.

I have applied for the passport of my daughter Maanya Shukla. Her file reference number is Z286695. Her date of application is 10/03/2008.
Once the record against this file reference number is uploaded on system, we found that this file reference number is showing the wrong details. Currently system is showing the details of some other person against this number.
My daughter's details are:
Name: Maanya Shukla
Date of birth: 01/04/2007
Date of application: 10/03/2008

I am sending mails to passport office, Bhopal and Delhi since last one month for correction of her details, but so far neither her details are corrected, nor anybody has given me any update on my request.

Can some one please look in to this issue and make sure that action will be taken on this as soon as possible.

My kid is only 1 year old and i want to bring her here in London, UK as soon as possible.

Please help me.
