Passport Office Bhopal — regarding dispatch of passport

dear sir,
I am Arun Kumar Singh from didhichua M.P applied for passport on 19/09/2011 at passport office bhopal, my file no is BPL-T[protected].

My police report was also cleared a month ago and office has given the dispatch date of 06/11/2011 but after 6th the status changed and it shows due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of your passport is delayed and now will be dispatch in weeks time.

I have also mailed and faxed to rpo bhopal but till date the office has not given any reply.
