[Resolved] Passport Office - Bhopal, Mp — Query regarding passport | |
My name is ravi agrawal and currently I am pursuing MTech from ABV-IIITM college gwalior. I applied for passport on date[protected]Application Date is: 15/01/2008) at gwalior and my File Ref. No. is : Z228225, and File number is BPLZ228225 Around a two month later(on 05-mar-08)i got a latter form passport office Bhopal regarding some objections in my passport and objection was "Please furnish 3 Personal Particulars Forms, duly completed, for verification.With Permanent Address Of Rajasthan." I completed all requirements and send back to passport office Bhopal on 28 march. After that one month has been passed i haven't received my passport and even my passport status is not changed. 4 days before I wrote same letter to Shri R.A. Dhone on this email address: rpo.[protected]@mea.gov.in (which is attached below), But didn't received any reply. Please sort out it as soon as possible, It's really urgent for me. Dear Sir,
I am in possession of my Son's Passport bearing number E5636676 (Place of Issue - Mumbai) is valid till 10/06/2008. What formalities I will have to undergo to get the passport renewed for a further period.

Sir,
I was born in satna(M.P).My date of birth is[protected].In 1998 when i appeared for my std.5 board exams, my date of birth was mistakenly changed to[protected] by madhya pradesh board authorities.since then in all my marksheets including SSC and HSC it has remained[protected] only.I am facing trouble in my passport application since the date of birth in my birth certificate and SSC marksheet do not coincide.
Please tell what is the solution to this problem.

My father is a graduate, is in the process of applying for a passport.He has got only the school leaving certificate (Matriculate) issued by the director of public instruction, as proof of date of date of birth.He studied and passed his matric from a Missionary School, recognized by the gov of Kerala.
The DOB shown in his certificate os in malyalm ERA .Will you accept a current certificate issue Malayalam ERA - i.e equivalent DOB in English ERA.If not what is the solution?

i have submitted my passport application in dec get the ref no a000424/2008 in jan. but from jan onwards my status showing that i had not submitted particular forms. but on 22nd of may i myself had submitted particular forms in bhopal office. still the ststus is showing that particular forms are not submitted.
please sujest me now what i have to do.

I am Ashish Nagar.I had applied for Fresh Passport in March08. My Application Date is 27/05/2008. My file reference no. is z287559. While checking status of my passport on MP-Passport Portal, these objections are shown as "Please submit attested copies of documents in support of date of birth and current address. The rubber stamp of the attesting authority should clearly indicate the name, designation, office, place of posting and telephone number. "
After that i had sent relevant documents attested by gazetted officer to passport office.But after that more than month has been passed, but neither i have not got any reply nor i have got any update.
Please send me my passport as soon as possible, as it has been already lated very much.It is required in my organization too.

I Recieved a letter from Passport Office, Bhopal, on 2nd of May 2008 Indicating objection regarding *Plz Furnish your Place of Birth* I just want to know whether i have to submit my Birth Certificate in place of objection recieve, as far as i had attached my 10th class marksheet for Birth date Proof .And also i want to know wether i send th document through mail or i have to go to the Passport office for the formality . and also i want to know the duration of period till when i can complete my formality .
