police verification not done

sir
i am pradeepta kumar bohidar my application number is BHUA033833 10 applied the passport since 10 months ago but my police verification has not yet done.please help what to do?i have also submitted the draft of rs1000/ for it.

I had applied for passport dated 16-10-2009 which has not been responded till date. My police verification has not yet done.
May I kindly know the cause of such a great delay?
How long should I wait to get it done?

I had applied for passport dated 07-07-2011 which has not been responded till date.t & as per online passport status My police verification has not been received yet and requested furnish two personal-perticular form, duly complited for reminding the police authorities expenditing my police verfication my question is to whom i applied thispersonal-perticular form .
May I kindly know the cause of such a great delay?
How long should I wait to get it done?
