[Resolved]  Passport Office — Passport Returned

I have complaint about my passport with Passport no .
JPR-A[protected] on name of Rishab Jain S/O Dinesh Jain, Poornima College Of Engineering, ISI-6 RIICO ustrial Area, Gonera Road, Sitapura, JAIPUR-302022.
Passport has dispatched from JAIPUR office but at the time of recieving of same i was out of station.
Postmen retuned the passport to JAIPUR office without any prior information.
So, I request to send my passport once again on the address mentioned below :
