Sub: Completed 62 Days but no passport in TATKAL

Respected Sir,

I am Aliya Quraishi an Indian national was applied for the DAMAGED PASSPORT under the File Reference Number : HYD-D001759-09.

1). Applied for Passport in TATKAL on = 31st March.

2). Received Old Passport in courier on = 15-04-2009 (Post No: S 76110)

3). Complained To PRO on Dated = 24th -04-2009 (Surrendered Old Passport).

4). Again Complained to PRO Dt = 07-05-2009 (Refused to give Post Code).

5). Again went to Information Center = 20th – 05-2009 (Having No New Inform).

6). PRO said me to write a letter for RESENDING of Passport I wrote and given a letter in hands of PRO on dated (25th May 2009). I need to know if they sent my passport on the earler date as said by PRO then I am sure that no one came to delivery that and hence I need to know the Ref number of the said courier.

I applied on Tatkal (31st March and today is 2nd June it means total = 62 Days)

I need to ask why the passport officials are ignoring to my problems and even why they took 2500 Rs in TATKAL when they are taking more than 3 months for receiving passport now the matter is will I get my money back or will I get the passport. I am sorry to write letter like this but I am helpless as because I am getting last as the last day of visa application is going to come. My husband is getting late only because of my passport.

Every day fighting at our house due to late of my passport as my husband is getting late and the financial crisis are in a soaring level. Again I am arguing to issue my passport as soon as possible otherwise my husband will let me here and he will fly alone and this will make a crack in our family life. Hope you can understand as you are also human being.

Note: Please take this letter as serious, don’t let this letter like my earlier letters.

Please take an appropriate and serious action on an urgent basis
