Passport Office Chandigarh — delayed in passport

i have applied a passport on 30 july 2008 in karnal
file id id chdz45482808
but i have not received yet
it is showing that It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time
and also it's status is not updating from ;last one week why????

i have applied for pssport 4 month ago. and my police verification report has been submitted in regional passport office chandigarh on 22.09/08. my application number is CHD Z[protected].When i checked my status on net it appears as your passport will be dispatched on 10/11/08. now its shows your passport wil be dispatched by 24.11.08. pls send it now...

it is to know the prociedure to change date of birth in passport in a particular situation in which the applicant has tempered with his or her birth certificate related to require documents in passport,
I just want to know whether can we get this change in to the real date of birth somehow, if it is possible pls and pls let us know how, we are ready to pay any penalty to get it done.

This is regarding passport delay concern. I have applied for indian passport on date 03/06/2008 at kolkata regional office, But have not received passport till date 07/01/09. My File Referance no is A043242. Police verification has been also done even i have submitted the pp formas said. When I enquaried through internet, he comments are showing that APPLICATION HAS BEEN CLOSED, PLEASE RE APPLY QUATING EARLIER FILE NUMBER OR CONTACT PRO. I could not understand this message. Pls Help me to privide my passport as soon as possible.

This is regarding passport delay concern. I have applied for indian passport in 2006 in chandigarh regional office, But have not received passport till date (11.01.2009). My File Referance no is RO 18137 Police enquary has been also done. When i enquaried through internet The comments are showing that YOUR APPLICATION TRANSFERED TO POLICY SECTION PLEASE SEE THE PRO. I could not understand this message. Pls Help me to provide my passport as soon as possible.

I am very much surprised to see the status of my Son Mr.DHRUVE SHARMA, RE;Z663842 status. Please note that we have applied passport on 11/09/2008 for your information and in the month of Dec we saw the status that passport will be dispated on 8th Dec 08 then showing status dispatch date on 16th Dec 2008.But sill we have not received his passport and we have applied the passport more than 4 months or 120 days over.

Now i saw in the status his name is still wrong you mentioned in the status we have sent you several mails for the correction of his name but no action from your end and the passport application date you have changed from 11/09/08 to 17/11/08 which is very much surprised and not correct, I did not expect this error from government department after sending several reminders. No response from your side. You can refer my below mentioned mail continuously following with you, If I donot get any action then I have to approach to higher authority. I did not expect such delay and no response from our passport officer from India . I donot see any seriousness towards customer concerned being taken care by passport officer.

I hope you can understand my problem and send me the passport of my son at the earliest.

I have applied my passport on[protected]. My file no is A 045839 at chandigarh passport office. My police enquiry is done but i have not received my passport plz check sir where is mistake and please send my passport early i hope you will provide my passport as soon as possible.
