[Resolved]  Passport Office Chandigarh — Passport delay - PRO

Dear Sir,

This is really dissappointing for me to not receiving any acknowledgement of my previous complaints regarding passport delay concern. I have applied for Indian Passport of my Minor Child name JASAGAM KAUR on date 17 December-2008 in chandigarh regional office, But have not received passport till date (01/04/09). Her File Referance no is: M012620. Police enquiry has been also done in this case(minor child) which is also quite like zigsaw puzzle. I checked the status on internet But its not showing any status. This is quite rediculous and upseting that I am not getting the passport of my minor child and not receiving any communication from the concerned office even more than three months period have been passed. LET US MAKE INDIA FAST AND UPSTAT SO THAT WE CAN STAND WITH THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY.

I had applied for passport Oct.2007, file no. A068289 . My native state is MP. I had applied there when i was working in Ludhiana distt. in privet sect . Police varification not done till i was in Ludhiana distt. Dec2007.I shifted to Hissar in Dec.2007 in privet sect. company, there was police varification done. But again after july2008 I sifted in near Indore m.p. to another privet sect. company. here also police varification done three month back but no information from passport office. also checked in inqury status but no information found. I dont know how much time will take more to isuue passport by Chandigarh office. very irresposible duty by this office. I had visited there personally six month back. and whole day spent for my quiry, but officer didnt get my file that time and said, it is there in some deptt. and we will inform you by post.but till date no any information send. I had also sent request for transfer to Bhopal office, but till date no information the status of file.

Most humblyit is requested that I appalird for the passport on 27/09/2007 Refarance No z067962 I was asked to see the R.P.O which I could not visit I informed your honour yhat as my mother in law is on bed due to Cancer and Kideny falure was on Radio Thapary and Dialyies I could not visit your office as their was no body to look after her as my husband is the only son of parents
I have been informing your office from time to time regarding my problien and have been requesting for your help
I appilied for the passport along with the passport of my father in law and mother in law through the agent who filled the incomplite address and forms in father in laws he wrote address B ll 605 in place of B /2/605 which was corrected in passport No G6569875 issued on08/01/2008 and did not write 605 in my mother in laws passport form the passport of which is to be got corrected i.e.passport no G7868869 lssued on02/04/2006 In my passport form he did not write Meena bazar
Ihumbly request your to please issue me the passport at the earlist Iam ready to pay any fine if any though It is due my agents mistake

Dear Sir,
This is regarding delay in getting Passport.I applied for Passport on 9-1-2009 in Chandigarh Passport Office.My File reference No. is F000216.According to my Status on the net, , my police Report is clear and the Passport will be despatched on[protected].But the same has not been delivered to me so far.Please see into the matter so that I get my Passport well in time.

This is regarding passport delay concern. We have applied four indian passport on date Nov27, 2008 in chandigarh regional office, But have not received passport till date (08/05/09). I have applied my Renewal passport on[protected]. in Regional Passport Office Sector 34 Chandigarh. My file no is K003468 . Police enquiry not required in my Case.I had submited my joint affidavit at enquiry Counter no. 10. on[protected]. but i have not received my passport. After that i personaly go at pasport office on 7th May 2009 in room no. 38 at first floor.He told me your passpot will dispached within 10 to 15 days.
