dear sir/madam,

this is regarding passport delay concern. i have applied for indian passport six month ago 2010 in jalandhar passport office. but i have not received my passport till march 2011. my file refrence no is p020570. when i enquiried through internet the comment are showing that YOUR APPLICATION TRANSFERRED TO POLICY SECTION PLEASE SEE THE PRO. i couldn, t understand this msg. plz help me to provide my passport ASAP. I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL TO YOU FOR THIS.

Dear sir/Madam,

This is regarding passport delay concern. I have applied for indian passport on date 20 oct, 2010 in chandigarh regional office, But have not received passport till date (20/3/11). My File Reference no is CHD18334410. Police enquary has been also done. When i enquaried through internet The comments are showing that It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time. It is shown like that before 2 months.I could not understand this message. Pls Help me to privide my passport as soon as possible.

Respected Sir/Madam

This is regarding Passport delay. I had applied for the passport on[protected]. But, I have not received it till date. My File Reference Number is CHD Z720740/10. Police verification has already taken place in my hometown. The last messaged received from the office says that "Query Raised". I could not understand of what it meant.
The status asks me to call in the office and get my documents verified.I have got that done alredy.
Kindly solve my query and help me getting the passport.

Dear sir/Madam,

This is regarding passport delay concern. I have applied for indian passport on date 23.10.09 in chandigarh regional office, But have not received passport till date19.04.11. My File Referance no. is CHD W015372 . Three times i visited to the passport office and submitted the PP form along with the address proof.Police enquiry has been also done.Again they said that the address is wrong, i said if the address is wrong then how the letter came to my address.
Last time on 11.03.11 Final reminder letter came to my home address to come at Passport Adalat at chandighar and submitt The affidavit and the original documents on 30.03.11.I came along with the all documents after seeing that they said it will come in 15 days but i had not received yet.Same the case with the lady who came from ambala on same day Name poonam) she got the passport why not me.
Sir, my carrier is on stake i lost my two chances my family conditions is not good.When i used to see my status it said that the reference number is wrong.
Pls Help me to provide my passport as soon as possible.

I have applied for a new passport of Shifa Kajal at Kurukshetra having the file reference No. CHD- Z[protected] on dated 20/07/2010. Earlier in 2004/05 also, I have applied for the passport of Shifa kajal but I didn’t get the same due to the some problems. I submitted all the documents asked by the passport officer of Chandigarh but in vain. Now I don’t remember the previous file number, therefore I didn’t mention the same in the present application form. When I checked the status of passport, I found the remarks “ As per this office record, you had applied for and/or obtained passport earlier please explain why you didn’t disclose this in your present passport application and furnish the details of application and passport obtained. Also surrender your old passport immediately” Kindly do the needful in order to resolve the problem.

every day got only one all slots are booked...these tata company making just fool us..
..
even the sites takes 5 to 7 mint to login the user...
it would be better if privatization stops about the passport seva...
have mercy...

My wife Reenu Rani Shelly r/o 233 R, Model Town KARNAL (HARYANA) applied for her passport in the year 2009. when ever I made enquiry on net the answer was tike this “ due to some unavoidable circumstances your passport is delayed and your passport will be dispatched in a week time, , all answered copies of net are with me .After few days I made last enquiry in the year 2011 I got answer hat your file no is incorrect and then we received a letter form your office to attend in person with all relevant documents on[protected] .After viewing papers the office there to deposit 1500/- my wife deposited 1500/- by cash wide key no [protected] dated[protected]. The Officer assured my wife that she will get her passport in 15 days time .It is highly regretted that till date there is no response from your end . Please do the needful and oblige

This is regarding my passport, I applied for my passport in march 2011 . my file reference no. is HYD W712197/11, but till now i did't get my passport. When I checked my status on line it show that "Application has been transferred to policy section, Please See the PRO ". Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding passport delay concern. I have applied for indian passport on date Jan 2011 in chandigarh regional office, , My File Referance no is CHDWO1491009.But we have not received passport till date April, 2012.We have also provided all documents mentioned in Passport application form & asked by them after that.
We have also visited on 30 March 2011 to their passport office in Sector 34, where they called us to meet.
There also we have fulfilled their all requirements & we have got assurance that we we get the police verification soon.

But till now no police verification came.
Now again they are telling, we haven't provided all documents and we are closing the case.
How they can close the case without refunding the amount.
Pls help me to provide my passport.

My passport apparently has been despatched on 1.8.2014 speed post tracking No. EP[protected]IN, till today i.e.5.8.2014 there is no trace of the number with the postal authorities. There is no one who could be contacted for status in Regional Passport Office. God alone can help.
