Sir,

I have applied for my passport on Sept 1, 2010 along with my husband. My husband has received his passport and I not received mine. The status of my application shows as "Police Verification report not received". Police verification was done for both me and my husband on the same day and same time. I have sent a letter regarding this to passport office on Dec 10, 2010 (registered post with acknowledgement). The letter seems to be delievered, but I have not received acknowledgement. There is no response from passport office. I have tried to reach passport office through the phone number mentioned in website, but there is no response

Please let me know how to resolve this issue and help me in getting my passport as soon as possible.
