[Resolved]  Passport Office Hyderabad (Vijayawada) — passport not yet recived

i applied for passport before 4 months it self but i am not getting any information about that and i dont know where it is stoped ?my code is "a301387"

my verification no is A304250. i had applied for passport on[protected] at vijayawada.police verification already completed at my home 4 months ago.but till now i didnt get any information from you.i have to write gre exam with in two months.so kindly tell me when i got my passport and tell me what is the reason for late.

My wife had applied passport on july 11th 2008 and police enquiry is done on 27th Auguest 2008. but still she didnt get her passport.
She doesnt have the File reference number.
We have checked it in Vijayawada passport office and they said they dont have any thing.
Can you please tell us to whom i have to contcat?
if there is no trace, can we apply a new passport by logging a, we lost passport complaint or if there is any alternative please kindly suggest me.

Respected Sir,

I am Uday Bhaskar Uppala, applied for the Passport in the year 2007 from my permanent address Vijayawada with a File No—A[protected] on 18/Oct/2007. At the time when I applied for the passport, I was pursuing my Professional Degree MBA, at “Magnus School of Business” in Hyderabad. I had mentioned my college address as my present address in the passport application form. The police enquiry was done at my permanent address, Vijayawada. But due to some mis-communication the police enquiry has not done at present address Hyderabad. So I have received a letter from the passport office stating that “I am not residing at the present address”.

I had submitted my PPF forms with the required documents in the passport office for several times. I have also attended “LOKE ADDALAT” to get my passport, but I have found no improvement in my case. I came to know that after being completion of one year we can again apply for fresh passport. So, I have applied again for fresh passport on 3/Oct/2008, with a File No—A[protected], stating my permanent and present address as Vijayawada in the application form. This time also the police Enquiry was done, but I failed to get my Passport.

I was not given information of applying for the passport for the second time with the previous “File No”. With out having proper information I have applied for the Second time. I was neither received “First” nor “Second” passport.

I have also paid the fine of Rs. 1000/- on 8-April-09, for re-applying the passport. But still now there is no action from your end and was not updated in the passport status page, same mess was being displayed since last 2 months.

So, kindly take the necessary action and please close my issue as soon as possible.

1st File No—A[protected]. Applied Date:-18/Oct/2007.
Present Status--- Application has been closed, Please reapply quoting earlier File Number or contact PRO.

2nd File No—A[protected]. Applied Date: - 3/Oct/2008.
Present status--FURNISH EXPLANATION FOR SUPPRESSION OF MATERIAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PREVIOUS PASSPORT AND SURRENDER THE SAME.

if they seen actually why we r unable to get replys ...i dont know much about this that why iam asking...i agree its our mistake at any of the stage if we unable to get passport...

I have missed my passport long back. I don't remember my Passport No, this is what the reaon I am unable to compaint to police enquiry. Can any body can suggest how to go ahead for getting the one more passport.

In the year of 2000 I got the passport from Passport office Hyderabad. I missed this passport few months back. I don't remember the passport No.

I will be so thankful if any body can suggest me in right direction in getting the duplicate or new passport.

This is not a complaint wanted to know that my hometown is mumbai but i am in hyderabad for my job have recently shifted last month and my company needs me to get passport asap for the official visits in Uk or US, however i cant go back to mumbai to get the passprt and complete the formalities is there anyother way out so as to i get the passport immediately here in hyderabad.

i would like to draw attention for my delaying of passport.
I have applied for Indian Passport on[protected] . with details of enclosures. Statement said that the authority has not received the police report. I have also approached the police station for the same . But police said that the verification order is missing which was enclosed with my all testimonials and the passport form. I therefore like to request to look into the matter and to take the nessessary action. For this reason I have missed several good opportunities of my carrier.

Now i feel because of your lackadaisical attitude i am still passport-less. If i won't get my passport withing a month from now, i am going to take legal action against you people.
