[Resolved]  Passport Office Jalandhar — re no issue of passport

my husband applied for his passport 06/04/09 his name is roop lal jakhu his date of birth is 31/05/75. his file ref number is b006880 his passport application is in jalandhar. he has yet to recieve his passport its now saying its at the policy section but still no passport. e has got a visa to comeback to the uk but cant get back without an issue of his passport i think its terrible as he has not seen our daughter now for over two years. please can some one help me. kind regards kim & jasmine jakhu
