Hello Sir,
I have applied my three childrens passport in[protected] in Azamgarh (1) Ahmad, File No. LKOZ[protected] Ayesha, File No. LKOZ[protected] Mohammad, File No. LKOZ004071. and all report is clear, and I had seen status in October 2010. Reort is: expected to despatched passport by[protected], and all document in order. but after this date then I saw its extended to[protected], and now no any status on the Net. Thereafter I have also applied my wife passport in same date and I have been recieved my wife passport.
Please inquire my childrens passport status, and do anything regarding it.

My file no. is LKOA10768510 dated 24.06.2010.Remark is there that' police report is incomplete, the case is being examined' . When police verification was done I was at home .Nothing to remark on police. Now I am doing my MD from Jhansi Medical Collegeand use to visit home on monthly basis.Own house and permanent address is there. My husband is having passport and photocopy of the same was enclosed All family members are having passport. If any supporting document is required please convey and expedite. .

I APPLIED FOR PASSPORT ALONG WITH MY WIFE ISHWARI DEVI FILE REFERENCE NO.A22195211 ON 9, 12.2011 UNDER TATKAL SCHEME WITH ALL DOCUMENT AS PER REQUIREMENT AND SIMILAR TO MINE THE OFFICE VERICATION WAS SENT ON 17.12, 2011 AND SPEED POST ON 20/12/2011 WHILE POLICE VERIFICATION WAS DONE ON 23.12.2011 AND CBI INQUIRY WAS DONE 24.12.2011. MINE PASSPORT IS RECEIVED ON 28.12.2011 BUT MY WIFE STATUS IS STILL SHOWING POLICE REPORT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED.YOU ARE REQUESTED TO KINDLY SEND THE PASSPORT AT THE EARLIEST.
