[Resolved] Passport Office Lucknow — DELAY IN DELIVERY OF PASSPORT | |||
DEAR SIR, DELAY IN DELIVERY OF PASSPORT FILE NO LKO-G[protected] PASSPORT OFFICE REGIONAL PASSPORT OFFICE LUCKNOW I AM PERMANENT EMPLOYEE OF STATE BANK OF INDIA & PRESENTLY POSTED AS DEPUTY MANAGER, SBI, ZONAL OFFICE, KANPUR 208001. PASSPORT APPLICATION BY ANNEXING ALL REQUISITE DOCUMENTS DULY VERIFIED BY THE POSTAL AUTHORITY, HEAD POST OFFICE, KANPUR 208001 WAS SUBMITTED TO REGIONAL PASSPORT OFFICE LUCKNOW THROUGH SPEED POST ON 04.11.2011 & SAME WAS DELIVERED TO THEIR OFFICE ON 07.11.2011 AS PER CONFIRMATION RECEIVED FROM THE POSTAL AUTHORITY. FURTHER, I HAVE RECEIVED ADVICES IN LIEU OF MY RTI COMPLIANT THAT NOC VERFICATION BY THE EMPLOYEER IS AWAITED TO RECEIVED. HOWEVER, THE CAPTIONED NOC VERFICATION HAS BEEN SENT BY THE EMPLOYER(SBI) ON 05.10.2012 AS & WHEN IT SAME RECEIVED TO MY EMPLOYER FROM THE PASSPORT OFFICE LUCKNOW. I HAVE CONTINEOUSLY FOLLOWED UP THE MATTER OVER THEIR E-MAIL BUT NONE OF MY E-MAIL WAS REPLIED. I HAVE ENQUIRE THE STATUS ON THEIR NET SITE WHICH SHOWS " POLICE REPORT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED" BUT PASSPORT ISSUANCE GUIDELINES ENVISAGE THAT POLICE VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE WHERE NOC HAS BEEN ISSUED BY THEIR EMPLOYER & IF IS TO BE CARRIED OUT, ARRNGE POLICE VERIFICATION WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY. I FEEL THAT MATTER IS STILL UNATTENDED DESPITE MY REGULAR KNOCKING TO SENIOR OFFICIALS OF THE PASSPORT AUTHORITY LUCKNOW. I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE CAUSE OF DELAY IN ISSUANCE OF MY PASSPORT. PLEASE INTERVENE THE MATTER AND ARRANGE ITS EARLIEST DELIVERY. I WILL BE SOLICITED TO RECEIVE THE ADVICES OVER MY E-MAIL [protected]@SBI.CO.IN OR MY MOBILE NOS [protected], [protected]. Passport Office Lucknow — delay in passport posting
i have applied for passport Application Date :[protected]File Reference Number : LKO-A[protected]
Inquires have done by police verifiction and also CBI verification
last month
and
it it is so delay in releasing in my passport ......
please hurry up for releasing my passport

1. The passport has not been delivered though it has been more than 4 month a since applied. (Applied on[protected]
2. Now when I check the status of passport on http://www.indianpassport.nic.in entering my file reference number. It says -:
File Reference Number (file no.A033970 of lko) and Status :- Police Report has not been received
Pease do need full.

Passport authorities — Irresponsible authorities
Respected SirI have applie d for the passport but my file is not yet received by the gazzeted officer and my work is in pending. I request to the people of passport office in secunderabad to look at my work. I dont know much about the passport authorities so because of which i have commited a minor mistake of not submitting my minor pasport which was issued to me when i mas at the age of 3 and now it had expired also so one agent told me it wont be required.Now i after seeing the status of my passport on the website i have submitted my previous passport with an apology letter nearly 20 days ago but still status of my passport on the website is same.
now i am facing my problems.i request the passport authoriteis secunderabad to complete my pending work as soon as possible.
