As per my knowledge the delivery of passport at home takes maximum Three months but in my case it will be going above six months.
For this matter i had communicate with LIO Office Allahabad and police head shankargarh on 04-march-2008 that you see down to this mail.
After that POLICE HEAD Shankargarh had reply me "YOUR POLICE REPORT HAS TO BE SENT FROM POLICE STATION. " .
When I chek my passport status on the official site it has to be shown that your police report has not been received .
I will be highly obliged if earlier action is been taken from your end please .

So please give the justification about your office people, Why they are entering wrong spelling blindly and why they are not cross checking in names, addresses and etc etc prior to finalized of INTERNATIONAL INDIAN PASSPORT, This type of matter is insulting /spoiling to me and our country in abroad.
Many times I complained but nobody taking care about this matter, SO PLEASE TELL ME WHERE I HAVE TO GO FOR THIS RUBBISH MISTAKE CORRECTION, 'This mistaken from your office workers so they have to make correction without any pay and delay, BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY PAID THE TOTAL FEES IN ADVANCE DURING SUBMITTING OF INDIAN PASSPORT APPLICATION FORM.

sir, i was applied for passport on 06/04/2009 to LUCKNOW passport office and today on 31/07/2009 i checked my passport status through internet & sms & i have found my date of birth is wrong. my dob is 14/07/1988 according to documents and my printed dob is 14/07/1986 on passport inquiry status which is wrong. so pls do correction of dob in passport.my FILE NO. is LKOA07474509 & KEY NO. is [protected].
