[Resolved]  Passport Office Lucknow — passport not receive

Dear Sir,

I had applied for passport on 01/02/2010 . but I dont have any information regarding my passport . My file number is : LKOA021748/10.applies in lucknow .
What should I do now? Please give a proper solution to my problem.

I have applied for my passport from Lucknow passport office on 4th Jan'2010.

Few days back the status was that the police report is clear and passport is expected to be dispatched by 21 april 2010 but now the status is changed to.

"Furnish New duly filled EAP(1)-(Fresh Passport Application Form) with correct answers in YES/NO columns, declaration duly signed by applicant. Answers in |X| or |/| or any other signs are not acceptable."

Sir I could not get the meaning of it.please tell me what i have to do.

when I cheking my passport status online it shows that police information is not
completed which already had been completed successfully i urgently reqire my passport.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards my griaviance against Lucknow Pass Port Office.I applied for correction in father's name in my passport on[protected] and submitted all documents on[protected] required by them ;even meeting personaly PRO on dated[protected] Iagain submitted all the required documents(File No LKO-H[protected].I was assured to recieve my passport very soon.
