respected sir/madam ; i have applied for passport in nagpur passport office and [i already send compliant but only my name is change in a correct way, but right now also my surname is incorrect ].i have seen recently in internet so i personally request you to please filled my correct name in my passport my full name is KAWALJEET.SINGH.SETHI and passport fileNo.NGP-Z 052331/08. and my application date is :29/01/2009. so i again personally request you to correct very urgently as soon as possible in my favour. I received the letter from the passport office in that written furnish your school leaving or birth certificate. i have already submitted document's so the document's is marriage certificate affidavit, date of birth certificate affidavit, [P.A.N]-card & ration card so i think this whole document's is correct.i already send a compliant but right now also the status is showing furnish your birth/school/marriage/service certificate .so i personally request you to please do my work very urgently in my favour as soon as possible. This is Nitin Motghare working with HCL echnologies, Noida. I have applied my wife’s passport with the name of “Nivedita Nitin Motghare” applied from Bhandara Passport Office before 4 Months and also done with police verification. But still so far we didn’t receive her Passport.



Could U please track the reason that why it’s taking long time.

I am Khusi Mukherjee. I have applied for my passport on 15th January in Nagpur office. My file no is F 001165. It was about to deliverd at the address I have mentioned in my form 3 to 4 days ago. Basically it is a hostel. At the time of delivery I was not present so the postman did not give it to anyone else and he retured it to the passport office. The problem is that atleast for next two months I will not be able to come to Nagpur. So I am afraid that if my passport wiil be get cancelled because I will not be able to report at the passport office. At this situation please suggest me what I should do. Can you keep it for two months without cancelling it so that I can collect it when I come to Nagpur OR should I send you my present adderss so that you will send it to my present address. it is not a complain it is a request. Plaese inform me via email. Waiting for your answer.
